    We are sticklers for quality, so all items are personally checked before they leave our warehouse. This ensures that all pieces collected by our courier services are in perfect condition. In the event that your item is damaged in transit, and arrives to you any less than perfect, we will unquestionably offer you a replacement at no extra cost. We manufacture in small quantities, and therefore cannot cater for change of mind returns for an alternative style. Our pre-order items are also produced in small amounts, and are in high demand. For these reasons we cannot offer a refund, but are happy to accommodate a store credit. Sale items cannot be refunded. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Can I collect my order from the warehouse?
    Yes! Our warehouse is located in Canning Vale, and we offer pick up by appointment. Please select the pickup option when purchasing, and use our contact form found here to schedule your pickup.
  • What is the cost of delivery?
    The cost of delivery varies depending on the weight of your order. For those lucky enough to reside in our standard delivery area (30km radius of our warehouse in Canning Vale) the pricing is $79. If you are outside of this radius, your shipping will be calculated at checkout. Don't forget those in WA can always opt for the pick up option (it's free!).
  • How long will I be standing at the window waiting for my delivery?
    If you order on a weekend, please allow 24 hours for us to check over your product, and package them up beautifully prior to shipping. On weekends, your order will be processed the following business day. Please note, your order confirmation means we have received your order details, not that your order has been shipped. Shipping timeframe is up to 14 business days for those within the standard shipping zone. Deliveries outside the delivery zone will receive personalised shipping information Our pieces are too precious to be left all alone! All deliveries require someone to be home to welcome them. A signature and proof of identity will be required at time of delivery. Another member of the household can sign on your behalf, however once goods have been signed for, the order is fulfilled, and responsibility for the goods is transferred to the receiver. *Delivery timeframes are an estimate only, and may be influenced by external factors beyond the control of all parties. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes. We will endeavour to get your orders to you as soon as we can, and we appreciate your understanding in these unprecedented times`
