Shipping Policy
Please be sure to enter your details with care, as no refunds or replacements will be given for orders that are missing in transit due to incorrect delivery details being provided. Once shipping information has been received, and the order is dispatched, no changes can be made to the delivery address.

Once you have received your items, we officially pass the responsibility for those items over to you as the customer. May they bring you much joy, happiness, and style.
Return & Exchange Policy
Common Edit products are handmade. Due to the manufacturing process, any slight markings or variations are part of the handmade nature. Each piece is unique and may contain slight imperfections. We hope that you will embrace the quirks of your piece, as that is what makes it truly yours. Prior to dispatching, all products are thoroughly checked over, and then packed with extreme care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged please contact us with images and details of the damage. Please note that if your item is not structurally affected, this will likely be an imperfection due the nature of which the product was made and would therefore not warrant an exchange or refund. If your delivery arrives visually damaged or opened, please lodge this with the carrier prior to signing for your delivery. Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same processes and conditions as returns and exchanges. The responsibility for the items is handed over to the customer upon signing for the delivery. This includes any actions or outcomes in association with the product, such as lifting heavy items, and any injury or damages to the consumer or property as a result. We totally just got you out of having to move your furniture around on your own - you can thank us later.
